Child Support

Child support is an amount of money one parent pays to another to help support the minor child. The payments are made in monthly installments and the amount varies depending on the income of each parent and the time spent with minor child. In California, the monthly amount of child support is calculated by using a formula called the "guideline" which factors in pertinent information of each parent.
We help individuals establish and modify Child Support Orders. A court order for child support may continually be raised or lowered based on the present circumstances of each parent. Child support cases can get complicated quickly, however, no issue is too big for us or an attorney in our network to handle.
