Wills

A will is a legal instrument which gives specific instructions that are enforced when someone passes away. A will is a very effective tool to plan one's estate. A will usually homes the beneficiaries of an estate, who will be the guardian of any minor children, and who will be the executor of the will.
A surprising number of people pass away before a will is drafted. Dying without a will can create a very difficult task for your heirs in probate court. When it comes to wills, sooner than later is always the route to take. Tomorrow is never promised.
